With more than 30 years in the world of Branding and Communication, and 3 years as an independent consultant; specialized in brand strategy, positioning and communication: In these 3 years she has led the strategy of positioning change with brands such as Allianz, Laboratorios Faes, Ramona Bilbao, Blanquerna de la Universidad Ramon Llull, and is working on the Purpose and sustainability of Affinity Petcare.
Previously she has been a strategy director specializing in the world of Food, FMCG and health, she has led the strategy department of VML Young & Rubicam, which has been the largest in Spain, as Director for 26 years.
In this period, between 1996-2023, she has worked part time with Danone Spain and Danone Global, as part of the team of the brand itself, in partnership: in brands such as Activia, Actimel, Danacol, Oikos, Mother Brand and Innovation. And in Food and Health brands such as; Aceites Carbonell, Laboratorios Esteve, Laboratorios Lacer, Galletas Cuetara, Nutrition & Santé, Nocilla, and Gallina Blanca among others.
Muntsa Dachs has specialized in the moments of change of strategy of companies, to promote brands in adapting to the new social context, the new business culture and firm commitments to the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, to define positions more committed to the future.
In March 2024, he received the “Master of Communication”award from the Faculty of Marketing and Communication of Blanquerna (Ramon Llull) and the Col.legi de Publicitaris de Catalunya.
