Tennis player, skier, sailor and car lover, Camil (K-1000) lives in Sitges with Sandy, Pol, Dídac and three rescued dogs.

Appointed Executive Creative Director at “Ogilvy” from 2008 to 2019, Camil also worked as Creative Director & Copywriter in “Bassat” (98-08) and as Strategic Planner in “Young & Rubicam” (94-98).

Camil Roca founded “K1000 Collaborative Communication” in 2020. A unique project led to collaborate with experienced professionals, advertising agencies and production houses on creativity and brand strategy. “No overheads, no overcosts”, its motto. Camil currently creates campaigns for Allianz España, Nescafé Worldwide, Lactalis Spain, AB Biotek, Lactalis-Nestlé, Faesfarma and has also been collaborating with La Marato de Tv3 for the last 24 years. On 2019 Camil won 13 out of 13 pitches for “Ogilvy” Barcelona. An Ogilvy standing record!!

Speaker at Ted Talks, Esade and UPF, Camil has been a regular collaborator on R.N.E. Radio Nacional de España, Catalunya Ràdio and RAC 1. A qualified lawyer, Camil also graduated in Advertising and Strategic Marketing in E.A.E.Barcelona and at U.C. at Berkeley.

In 2021 Camil Roca was appointed “Honorific Creative Advisor” for La Marato Foundation,the largest fundrising telethon in the world to whom he has helped them raise nearly 250 milion euros. Camil has been a Jury Member at the Cannes Festival, Eurobest, Buenos Aires’ Fiap, The New York Festival, The London Awards and Barcelona’s Laus. His main awards are 5 Cannes Lions and 9 Effi.
