Javier Granda Revilla is a spanish freelance journalist specialized in health and medicine, with more than 25 years of experience in this field. He collaborates with El Mundo, Diario Médico, Muy Interesante, El Médico, Forbes, HITN TV and La Razón, among other media, as well as different spanish and international medical societies and organizations, like The Nobel Foundation.

He is vice president of the Spanish National Association of Health Informants (ANIS), institution that awarded him in 2014 with the first Prize for Best Communication Work. He was,  between 2009 and 2021, professor of Scientific Communication in the ESAME Master of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Barcelona (UB) and in 2019 and 2020 visiting professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).

In 2021 he was awarded by the Spanish Society of Hematology and Hemostasis for an article in Diario Médico.
