Laia Morales is a specialist in customer experience and technological marketing with an academic background in computer engineering and business sciences. She has completed a Master’s degree in Commercial and Marketing Management and an Executive Program in Marketing and Sales Management at IESE Business School and is also certified in the DISC methodology by TTI Insights. With over 10 years of experience leading teams in commercial and marketing management positions in Spain and the USA, Laia has worked as a consultant on projects for companies such as Allianz, Dior, Swatch, Banco Sabadell, and Novartis, among others. She is also a professor and speaker at business schools such as IESE, Euncet, UAB, and EAE. Currently, she is a founding partner of Bexperience.
